One person he has blackmailed by saying he will get them deported if he doesn't send more money. Apparently he has done this numerous times with people that we have found and have been in contact with. He took their 34k deposit and left this house in total disarray. He was using one homeowners dumpster as a dump for his other jobs and was also billing them for materials he took off site to another job. He lost his license and is still driving around town. He was billing a homeowner for furniture and Halloween decorations on their account and claiming it as reno supply- fraud. He also removed another load bearing wall in the bathroom in the same manor. The ceiling had sunk by 1.25 inches by the time I got there. In the photos above he removed a LOAD BEARING BEAM and stuck a stud in there. HE DUCT TAPES HIS PLUMBING TOGETHER NO GLUE. All of his 'framing' was held in by one screw on the bottom and one on the top, with some only having one on the bottom and none on the top. Sheets of drywall hung by a couple of screws. Laid Interior Subfloor with 4 screws one on each corner it was literally cupped and floating. He hung 4x8 3/4 exterior osb with 4 screws.
