


In the end they did deliver as promised on website and I didnt need to worry. They had to call me to clarify details of the order and that was only time I was able to talk to someone direct. I was getting anxious as didn't know whether I would be able to get items on time. They charged for the adjustment but managed to do this as required.

However, I was able to contact via what's app and in fairness they did reply to emails, although they seemed to be standard responses. I read other reviews and that only made my anxiety worse! I wanted to make a change to one item in the order and it was incredibly frustrating not being able to talk to someone direct. So I ordered online from UK a large number of items (10 suits and 2 trousers) amounting to quite a large bill and immediately regreted as I hadn't ordered directly previously. Cautious initially but did deliver as expected
